The Bargaining Committee (BC)
The WHOI-GSU Bargaining Committee is formed by elected members of the MIT-WHOI Joint Program and is currently structured as 7 total representatives, 5 from each department and 3 at-large (with overlap). Their near-term goal is to gain formal recognition of the WHOI-GSU, and to hopefully negotiate the first contract. The members are:

Join the Organizing Contract Action Team (OrCA)
The OrCA is the team responsible for helping build support and participation in collective action through keeping the campus informed throughout the bargaining process by having conversations with labmates, coworkers and friends to build support and participation.
Current members include: Chloe D., Emily B., Sarah M., Max J., Logan T., Noah G., Ciara D., Jacob P., Jonas K.R., and any student who shows up to meetings!

The media team works on all things related to public messaging, including social media (Twitter and Instagram), website, newsletter, graphics, flyers, posters, etc.
